Rootmedia ("we", "us") runs https://rootmedia.in and the courses described on this site. This policy explains what we collect when you enquire, browse or enrol, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email, phone number and course interest you type into the form. Server logs may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We do not sell this data. We do not run a marketing pixel farm on this site.

How we use it

Enquiries are used to reply to you about courses, schedules and fees. If you enrol, we keep the details needed to run the program (attendance, project work, certificates). Emails go to hello@rootmedia.in. If a form provider such as Formspree is configured, that provider processes the message under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies may be set by the host to keep the site working. We do not use them to advertise to you across the web. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and prefer privacy-respecting tools.

How long we keep it

Enquiry mail is kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable period after (typically up to 24 months) in case you return. You can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@rootmedia.in. If you are in a region with additional rights (for example GDPR or India's DPDP Act), we will honour the applicable ones.

Third parties

Instagram and YouTube are linked from this site. Clicking those links sends you to their services under their policies. Embedded YouTube players only load after you choose to play a reel.
